  • My husband and I are hoping to retire for our winters in this area. What are the breed pet restrictions? We have two mini golden doodles currently, but by the time we are ready to spend our winter months down there, we will probably only have one. That is why this lot interests me as we can put a new mfd home on when we’re ready.

    • The pet restriction at Caribbean Isles is 2 pets per household with a dog size limit of 18 inches at the shoulder and a maximum weight of 40 pounds. 108 W. Saint John’s Way is a nice location on the water. The mobile home on the share is not livable presently. It could be rehabbed but it would take a complete interior rebuild plus a new roof over. It is still a good buy at $99,000 for the waterfront property with a floating dock. It has been approximately 5 years since Caribbean Isles had a waterfront share to sell and the current price is $85,000 without the permitted dock.
